Concierge Service - $300.00 Includes-
- Pick up and drop off locations TBD
- Delivery to your tent via golf cart upon arrival
- Load out to your vehicle on Monday
- Wal Mart Order Pick up
- must have Wal Mart Application
- Order must be placed for Saturday morning pick up (time TBD)
- Prices are per tent, not per person
- Pricing is for four nights
- Hand Truck is available to help you unload from your vehicle to your tent
- short term parking is at the Glamping Village entrance so you can unload
- car must be moved immediately after being unloaded
- Onsite parking pass is required to unload at the Glamping Area
- Check in begins when the gates open
- A $250 per tent security deposit is collected at check-in and released within 48 hours after notification of check-out.
- By purchasing a bell tent you agree to Epic Glamping's Terms of Service
- Customer agrees to the Terms of Service provided at check in
- Reservations are nonrefundable and transferable by request only
- Parking and Event Passes must be purchased separately
- Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo or Credit Card (credit card transactions have a 3.75% percent fee)
